A 10 Day Wellness Program “Retreat” at the Luxury of your own Home/In Office
An intensive 30 hour or more, 10 day in-person Wellness program with Bobby Bains. Includes a combination of counselling, coaching and daily hikes, yoga, workouts or walks. Bobby will fly out anywhere in Canada/US and stay with the client (3-4hrs per day) until he/she is able to resume life with a positive mental outlook. Clients will be setup with an aftercare plan that ensures wellness and a sustainable routine after Bobby leaves.
This extended program is intended for those who are experiencing severe anxiety and/or depression and need further support than the standard 8 session wellness program.
Family support services provided as well.
We do not provide any medications or diagnose anyone’s medical/mental conditions. We ask that you to consult with your physician prior to attending any of our programs.

Here's How it Works..

- Give us a call and receive a free 15 min consultation on the spot.
- Choose whether you would like the sessions at your home or in our office.
- Book the “Extended Wellness Program” on the initial date & time that you would like for Bobby to start the program on, through the booking link found on our website. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Day 1
- We review the confidentiality form and formulate a wellness program that specifically meets your needs and gives you the results that you are looking for
- Family and relationship counselling & coaching is included as well in this program at no extra cost
- We develop a schedule for the program and integrate it into your daily living for the next 10 days

Day 2
- We review the wellness wheel and see where you sit with your wellness
- We explore all the wellness components that you need to work on in the 10 days we are working together
- We review mental health and the impacts it has on your life
- We create awareness around the root problems and see how to truly overcome anxiety or depression
- Coaching around goal and routine development, as well as forming healthy habits
- We either begin the day or end the day with a walk or a workout at the gym/home

Day 3
- We do our daily check in and review your behaviours, attitudes and actions from the day before to see which areas need work
- We do counselling and coaching for the day to ensure the set goals are being met and routine is being followed
- We open up your entire life story and begin counselling
- You will gain understanding, knowledge and a new perception in life
- We either begin the day or end the day with a walk or a workout at the gym/home

Day 4
- Daily check in and reflection on the day before
- Counselling and coaching for the day ahead
- Continuation of your life story
- Trauma counselling and coaching, if needed
- We either begin the day or end the day with a hike or a yoga class

Day 5
- Daily check in and reflection on the day before
- Counselling and coaching for the day ahead
- Counselling around ego, emotional attachments, expectations, fears, worries, anxiety, depression
- We either begin the day or end the day with a hike or a yoga class

Day 6
- Daily check in and reflection on the day before
- Counselling & coaching around relationships, career, fitness, nutrition and personal growth & development (skill building exercises)
- Family and/or partner is more than welcome to participate as well
- We either begin the day or end the day with a hike or a yoga class

Day 7
- Daily check in and reflection on the day before
- Counselling and coaching for the day ahead
- Introduction to meditation and spirituality (not religion-based but rather learning how to become more mindful, aware, clear and present in the moment)
- Exploring life, the universe, energy and universal intelligence; opening the inner eye of the mind
- Meditation session
- We either begin the day or end the day with a hike or a yoga class

Day 8
- Daily check in and reflection on the day before
- Counselling and coaching for the day ahead
- A “housecleaning” of all your resentments and helping you move towards forgiveness
- Making amends where needed
- We either begin the day or end the day with a hike, where we have a session at the top of a mountain or at a lake to help reinforce forgiveness and spirituality

Day 9
- Daily check in and reflection on the day before
- Counselling and coaching for the day ahead
- Enhancing social and emotional wellness
- Visualization of your success, creating healthy boundaries, self love, self affirmations, building self confidence and motivation
- Mindful meditation
- We either begin the day or end the day with a hike or a yoga class

Day 10
- Daily check in and reflection on the day before
- Counselling and coaching for the day ahead
- Family day, implementation of an aftercare plan and a revisit of the wellness wheel to see your progress and confirm your results
- We either begin the day or end the day with a hike or a yoga class

Our Standard 8 Session Wellness Program - 2 sessions per week via Zoom/in person
An 8-session wellness program that is designed for you to have a transformational experience and completely shift your mind’s focus to a path that entails internal happiness, contentment, stability and efficiency. This program is specifically designed to relieve the symptoms of anxiety, depression and other mental health issues, and to promote personal growth and development.
Cost $1400
How it Works:

- Book the “Wellness Program” on the initial date & time that you would like for Bobby to start the program on, through the booking link found on our website. Payment is required at the time of booking.
- Sessions are either on Zoom or in person, depending on which office I am in, at that point (Calgary or South Surrey)
- We set up a schedule that works for you and have TWO 1hr sessions per week
- Incorporates counselling, coaching and wellness
