What is a Life Coach?

Life coaches work  with their clients to help them achieve goals, overcome obstacles and  make changes or shifts in their lives.  Life coaching is based on the principle that the client has the intrinsic ability to determine and achieve their goals.

Can I solely rely on my spirituality and do no work in life.....

The answer is no.

Obtaining  spiritual wellness does not necessarily mean that a higher power/the  universe will miraculously shine down with a bolt of light and transform  your life into a great life.

You  must become internally spiritual to have a better understanding of life  and to make the right decisions. You still have to do the work, if  anything, you must do more work.

If  you want better relationships, you have to put in the work. If you want  to become a doctor, you will have to put in the hard work in Med school  and learn the essentials.  If you want to sustain happiness, you will  need to work with a Life Coach and remove the psychological health  barriers that keep you from feeling happy.

Spiritual  Wellness will allow for you to have the courage, the strength, the  ability, the motivation, the purpose, and most importantly the will  power to do these things successfully.

Our  world is usually as big as the task at hand, being stuck on a linear  level of thinking. For example, at work we are so buried in the nature  of the work we are doing that we cannot seem to think of anything else  that may be happening in the world. Another great example is when we are  at home doing household chores and/or caring for our young ones, again,  our world is as big as the house we are in.

Furthermore,  when we have completed our duties and have put our kids down for rest,  we most often resort to television or social media and get bogged down  to the same linear level of thinking.

In  most cases than not, we are unable to set aside the time to explore the  possibilities of the universe at a higher level of thinking and thus  create curiosity.

Albert Einstein states “The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.”


Set  aside some time and give your mind the opportunity to explore new ideas  and to contemplate on the greatness of our existence.

To want to change is to be curious and to be curious is to be open to possibilities.  



To  put things into perspective, we live on a planet that is a part of a  solar system revolving around one star, also known as our sun. There are  about 250 billion stars, just like our sun, in our Milky Way galaxy.  There are then about 100 billion galaxies, estimated, in the known  universe. Our one galaxy is said to be one grain of sand in all the  grains of sand on earth.  

We  are so small in our existence but yet have the biggest problems in life,  whether it be financial problems, relationship problems or health  problems. Many of us get so caught up in our problems that we don’t get  to enjoy the little time we have.   

By completing the program of action that Gobind Wellness offers, one becomes open minded and experiences truth.
