 Life  can be challenging at times. Most of us can relate with that. It is not  uncommon for people to have challenges managing their emotions,  coping  with stress, recovering from loss or major transitions,   building/maintaining relationships or using substances. We are  passionate  about helping young and older adults, teens, couples and  families learn  to cope and thrive in those circumstances. 


Whether  you are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress  or grief,  have unhealthy coping habits such as substance abuse or  self-harm, or  have feelings of helplessness, we want you to know that  there is hope.


While  we cannot change the pain in our past, or the genetics we are born  with, we can learn to change the way we respond  and react to our  feelings and triggers; in order to give them less power and control in  our lives.
Learning about your unique experiences,  needs and goals, and responding  with caring and empathy, We will walk  with you in exploring the  barriers that you feel are hindering you, and provide therapeutic  support, counselling and proven tools to help you  achieve your goals.

What is the role of a Counselor?

A mental health counselor helps individuals and families deal with difficult emotions, mental health disorders and trauma. A person with this title provides therapy and coaching to help his/her patients manage their stress, redirect   disturbing emotions and set goals for themselves.

To  address Mental Health issues and truly experience Health & Wellness, you must address the root causes of the problem!  This is a world of self-centeredness, ego, control, past traumas/experiences, resentments, fears and attachments.  Temporary solutions only work for  so long before your roots grow the same problem.

We  can either choose to go through life or we can choose to grow through  life!  Going through life we only earn and chase the fruits in life. We  are constantly stuck in the work, chores, family and sleep cycle.   Growing through life we get to learn and enjoy eating the fruits of life on a daily basis. We incorporate wellness within our work, chores, family and sleep cycle and we become motivated in pursuing the things  we  love doing.
