What is Health?

Here's how it works!

 

1. Assessment (Complimentary)

  • Meet & Greet
  • 1hr complimentary Wellness Presentation outlining the significance of healthy employees, organizations and workplaces (Optional)
  • Questionnaire to help direct the right course of action 


2. Plan of Action (Complimentary)

  • A plan of action is presented to the employer on project initiatives, planning, strategies, timelines and associated costs  


3. Research & Data Collection

  • Based  on the projects initiatives, we will gather information and data from  electronic survey's, employer system tools (if available), employer  "sick time" reports (if available) and/or from general interviews 


4. Initial Reporting

  • Report generated for the employer on the current Health & Wellness status of the employees 


5. Presentations & Workshops

  • Presentations and/or workshops are available to help create awareness and encourage employee engagement 


6. Building a Healthy Workplace

  • We will help to implement workplace policies and procedures that promote a healthy workplace 
  • We will help to implement employee engagement programs to help motivate the staff 
  • We will provide employee resources and succession planning materials (Ex. Self assessment and personal growth workbooks)
  • Main focus is to improve the employee experience 

 

7. Counselling or Life Coaching Sessions

  • Sessions are made available for one to one or group focused meetings
  • Sessions  are extremely effective in addressing employee confrontational issues,  employee stress, anxieties & fears that result from "change," addictions and even personal growth & development


8. Final Research & Data Collection

  • We  will gather new information and data from electronic survey's, employer  system tools (if available), employer "sick time" reports (if available)  and/or from general interviews 


9. Final Reporting

  • We will present the employer with a final report indicating the outcomes of the project and future initiatives

(EFAP) Employee & Family Assistance Program

What is employee and family assistance program?

An employee assistance program (EAP) is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact  their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being.  Gobind Wellness offers support program that fits your organizational and employee needs.


Our EFAP is a work-based program that offers free and confidential assessments, short-term counselling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems. 


How we are different..

Employers have the option of integrating additional Gobind Wellness services into their EFAP program, such as:

Leadership Development Program

What to expect..

In this program, you will:


  • Learn the benefits of, and techniques for, leading with meaning.
  • Broaden your repertoire of communication and motivational tools to inspire your team and enable them to reach their potential. Simulations and exercises will be used to promote active learning.
  • Learn tools and techniques for effectively managing talent including effective ways of hiring, managing performance, and helping your employees stay aligned with the larger      organizational strategy and culture.
  • Open the mind to a world of possibilities and discover internal resources through coaching, learn how to coach others on the team and teach them to do likewise with others with      knowledge of personal benefits.
  • Build communication pathways through learning activities in workshops. Measuring the effectiveness of before and after communication pathways have been built. Presentation on communicative barriers and how to overcome them. 
  • How to promote a healthy environment that promotes health & wellness and active learning.
  • The responsibilities and expectations of the different roles and how it impacts the team and      organization. Reinforcing identity, vision and direction through coaching, presenting, workshops and learning materials.
  • Integration of a primary corporate message into every aspect of the program. Workshops will create an experience that carries this message. This will hold depth and weight as experience is knowledge.

Individual coaching focuses on helping the Leader identify, understand and leverage core strengths and establish a plan to address developmental gaps.
