These feelings are the natural responses of the mind. Everyone feels depressed or anxious in life, whether it be due to life changes, bad experiences, trauma and/or worrying about future events. The problem is becoming stuck in these feelings and not having the ability to push through and grow out of them.
When it comes to children, parents help coach them through difficult situations and help them get through their emotions. As long as its suffice, we are their coaches.
The same should go with adults! Instead of remaining stuck in our emotions of anxiety and depression, we should try working through tough situations and working out the root causes. In turn, growing emotionally in life.
As this may sometimes be a difficult task to do on your own, it may be a good idea to connect with a Life Coach to help coach you through the difficult situations.
