Judging others will impact ones well-being, as it blinds you from your own personal growth needs. As your focus is stuck on the other person(s), you will be unable to see where in your life needs improving.
It is so easy to look at others “defects of character,” but to look at “self,” that can sometimes be quite challenging, sometimes impossible. Most often, we only see what our mind allows us to see. If we are all about money, greed, lust and ego, then we are blocked from seeing any wrong in our actions and/or behaviors as they are justified by our thinking. Nevertheless, we are left experiencing mental health issues of depression, anxiety, fears, addictions etc.
It’s not until we STOP looking at others and start to look at ourselves, that we start seeing the true problems at hand. When we sort out our perceptions, intentions and emotions we begin to feel the flow of the universe running in and through us which is ALWAYS followed by a sense of peace, contentment and happiness, better than you have ever experienced before.
This “journey in life” is all about personal growth and development. If your not growing, then your not living.
