Helping others one day at a time!
Everybody Yearns for achieving Wellness but who is actually willing to do the work?
This world is full of many different types of people. There are those that are greedy, selfish, hungry people, but there are also those that are healthy, giving and unselfish people. These are the folks who obtain the real essence of life. They enjoy financial security, healthy relationships, nutritional & physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
Keep in mind, we all came into this world empty handed and therefore will leave empty handed. We need to understand that nothing in this world truly belongs to us.
The cornerstone of anyone’s success is when one shows even a willingness to grow as a human being. Helping others, by giving what is already meant to be given, is a great start.
We all have been helped by someone in one way or another. Some have experienced a good Samaritan who has pulled over to help change their flat tire. Some have experienced someone kind enough to let them use their phone to make an emergency call when their phone was dead. Whatever the case, now is the time to pay it forward through this Wellness Challenge.
In your next upcoming week, challenge yourself by taking your first suggestion by Gobind Wellness.

Many people are willing to donate but question whether their donations reach the people in need. This challenge is a great way to see the effect you will have on someone less fortunate.
McDonald’s has been recognized as a mainstream family restaurant, one that supplies the world with “happy” moments and good charity. It’s a place where parents typically come to relax while their kids play and/or eat after a game well played. Help McDonald’s feed another hungry belly.
Watch the video below. This individual found me on Facebook, a couple years after buying him a meal from McDonald’s, to thank me for this simple kind gesture. This is the gift of life!
